I

Purpose

This document establishes the framework between you and Vowlora when you use the service.

These terms of use govern access to and use of Vowlora, a wedding planning application enabling preparation of a guest list, seating chart, RSVP page, menus, playlists, budget and deadlines.

The service is intended for couples, wedding planners and vendors preparing an event. For any question, the contact address is vowlora@gmail.com.

Vowlora is published by Enzo Guilmer, SIREN 943886077, located at 1E Rue de l'abbé reulet, 33510 Andernos.

II

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vowlora, you accept these terms.

You accept these terms when you create an account, tick the acceptance box or use the service. You also accept the privacy policy.

If you use Vowlora on behalf of a couple or a client, you confirm that you have their authorization to enter and organize the event information.

You must be of legal age or have the legal capacity to use the service.

III

Service description

Vowlora brings together the tools needed to prepare a celebration.

The service enables you to, in particular:

  • create one or more weddings depending on the applicable plan;
  • manage guests, groups, plus-ones, children, allergies and RSVP responses;
  • compose a seating chart manually or assisted by placement suggestions;
  • publish a private RSVP page protected by a link and a code;
  • track menus, music requests, budget, expenses, vendors and deadlines;
  • export documents such as the guest list, menus, playlists or seating chart.

We may update features to improve the service, fix bugs or comply with new technical or legal requirements.

IV

Account and security

Your account is personal; keep your credentials confidential.

Creating an account uses Supabase Auth and requires a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of your credentials.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at vowlora@gmail.com.

V

Plans and payments

Limits depend on the chosen plan; payments are processed by Stripe.

Vowlora offers a free Discovery plan and paid plans. The main limits relate to guest count and the number of weddings that can be managed.

  • Discovery: up to 20 guests and 1 wedding;
  • Essential: up to 100 guests for 1 wedding;
  • Ceremony: unlimited guests for 1 wedding;
  • Wedding Planner: annual subscription with unlimited weddings and guests.

Payments, invoices, payment methods and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Vowlora does not store card numbers.

VI

Your content

Wedding data you enter remains yours.

You retain your rights over the content and data you add: names of the couple, date, venue, guests, groups, seating chart, RSVP, budget, menus, music, deadlines, notes and exports.

You authorize us only to host, display, synchronize and process this content to provide the requested features. You confirm that you have the right to enter information about your guests and vendors.

VII

RSVP pages and sharing

RSVP links must be shared carefully.

RSVP pages are accessible via a link and a code. Guests can search for their invitation and submit responses according to the chosen configuration: attendance, moments, menus, diets, accommodation, transport, children, song or message.

You are responsible for the people to whom you share these links and the information you make accessible to your guests or vendors.

VIII

Acceptable use

Fair use: no circumvention, no unlawful content.

You agree to use Vowlora in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. It is prohibited to:

  • enter or share unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory content or content infringing third-party rights;
  • attempt to access an account, wedding or RSVP page that does not belong to you;
  • circumvent plan limits, security controls or anti-spam protections;
  • automate mass use of the service or extract data without authorization.

A serious breach may result in suspension or deletion of your access.

IX

Availability

We aim to keep the service accessible, with possible interruptions.

The service depends on Supabase, Stripe, PostHog, Cloudflare Turnstile and hosting infrastructure. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents, updates or force majeure.

X

Liability

Vowlora is a planning tool; your event decisions remain yours.

We make our best efforts to provide a useful and reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, temporary access issues or inaccuracies from the data you enter.

You remain responsible for the final verification of guest lists, seating charts, exports, menus, budgets, deadlines and information passed to your vendors.

XI

Deletion and termination

You can request deletion of your data or account.

You can contact us at vowlora@gmail.com to request account closure or data deletion. Some data may be retained longer where required by law, especially billing records.

Account deletion results in deletion of associated events in Vowlora and cancellation of active Stripe subscriptions linked to the account, subject to already due operations and applicable legal obligations.

XII

Amendments

Any significant update will be dated and flagged where necessary.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, plans, technical providers or applicable law. The update date appears at the top of the page.

XIII

Governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first to find a resolution.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers. In the event of a dispute, contact us at vowlora@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution.
